The Stingiest Duck in Town

To celebrate both the 175th anniversary of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" and the 35th anniversary of "Mickey's Christmas Carol," I drew my favorite cartoon character, Scrooge McDuck, as his miserly namesake.
